Terrible door closures

I have several other cages, and the closings are easy to use. This cage is very awkward and not user friendly. If cages were not so expensive I would replace them

I have several other cages, and the closings are easy to use. This cage is very awkward and not user friendly. If cages were not so expensive I would replace them. Details also stated they came with stainless steel bowls. They did not.

Cage came rusted, again

Cage came rusted the first time, so I reached out and the sent me a new one for free. Thought it was resolved because surely two rusted cages in a row won't happen

Cage came rusted the first time, so I reached out and the sent me a new one for free. Thought it was resolved because surely two rusted cages in a row won't happen right? Wrong. Second one is MORE rusted than the first. Anyone with a parrot knows you cannot have rust in their cage as it can be toxic. While I wait again to hear back, thought I would make people aware as this has never happened to me with Chewy before. I've gotten bird cages here and they were in perfect condition, this one has not been even in good condition. Disappointed as I love Chewy.

Defective cage do not recommend

I’m writing this review with a very heavy heart. I initially received a cage that was manufactured incorrectly screw holes were misaligned and made it impossible

I’m writing this review with a very heavy heart. I initially received a cage that was manufactured incorrectly screw holes were misaligned and made it impossible to assemble. However, customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement without hesitation, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement cage turned out to be fatally defective in a way that was not visually apparent. One of the vertical slots near the end of the cage had a wider spacing than the rest. I didn’t notice it at first, and tragically, my beloved parakeet Nips managed to slip through that slot and escape. Despite my best efforts to recover him, he passed away. He was attacked by my cat, who when in the cage never bothered them. I was and still am devastated and traumatized, believing their cage to be a safe, secure home. I’m sharing this experience not out of anger, but out of a sense of responsibility to warn other bird owners. If you’re considering this cage for a small bird such as a parakeet, please inspect it thoroughly and be cautious. What may seem like a small defect can have heartbreaking consequences.

The hammered effect of the cage, and the size of it.

Very easy to clean and the mess mostly stays in the cage. Zeke has room to move around. It’s a perfect size for an African Gray.

Nice size cage with wheels to easily move around

Cage is a nice size for our parakeets with plenty of room for toys. Easily moves around with the wheels. I wish it had side doors as well. I have another one similar

Nice large flight cage.

The cage is the size I wanted. It arrived in perfect condition. It was not difficult to put together. Just take your time and follow the pictures. I would recommend

The cage is the size I wanted. It arrived in perfect condition. It was not difficult to put together. Just take your time and follow the pictures. I would recommend two people as the extra hands are very helpful. Be sure to pay attention to the direction the slide in trays go in, as they only go in one side. My only wish is that there were side doors to make accessing the rear of the cage easier.

Spacious cage

We bought this so that our cockatiel would actually have room to fly and he does! My husband put it together by himself although he said had he had an extra hand

We bought this so that our cockatiel would actually have room to fly and he does! My husband put it together by himself although he said had he had an extra hand to hold some things in place it would have been even easier. This cage had almost every feature we wanted except I would have liked small doors for food and water or better latches although I'm assuming for some birds these long pull type latches would be good to have but totally unnecessary for our bird. But for the money and the fact that it's got the little storage Shelf on the bottom we really couldn't beat the price for the size.

I was able to put it together by myself but it took some time and patience (40s female 5’8) it wouldn’t have been possible if I was a smaller/shorter person Definitely
