To the person who said the holes don’t align, redo it! I thought the same thing when I got to step 4 on page 8/16 and got a little confused but then I figured it out and they definitely do align. To the person who suggested using the Allen wrench to poke through the holes all the way down to figure out where to twist the screws down into, that was so helpful - thank you!

It’s there charming and cute but the holes are not in the correct place. I used the hole but it caused the pole to be off center and lean. The two hearts don’t match
It’s there charming and cute but the holes are not in the correct place. I used the hole but it caused the pole to be off center and lean. The two hearts don’t match up and one of the top paw pad is to screw into a pole but wouldn’t so we have tried extra duty glue but it’s not working. The material is very thin leaving my boys with no comfort. The only part they will sit on is the very top with the kitten ears. They refuse the boxes because they are hard as rocks. Wished this would have been made much better because it’s charming for my sitting area for my two orange boys. (Sorry about the messy LR putting rug down in BR).

She loves the little hiding box on the third level. That's perfect for her to take her little naps there and she loves looking out and just crawling all over it. It's just perfect.

I ordered a Frisco faux fur cat tower, in cream, but i was shipped a this gaudy Yaheetwch Paw-Shaped Play Cat Tower that has orange and gray on it. I had never even seen this one on the website, and the only item in my cart was the Frisco cat tower. Apparently Chewy didn't want it back, and told me to donate it, but there isn't anywhere to donate it where I live. I do love Chewy, but this was really unexpected.

Just the Right Size.
My kitty loves the tower. It is stands about 3/4 of the way to the top of window. Cookie can get a full view outside while on the top shelf. Sometimes if towers
