not parrot proof
This cafe is great for the most part and sturdy. The food dish area and side doors are not parrot proof. These should also have latches like the front doors.
This company will not sell replacement parts
I had an accident and broke one of the bowls. I got ahold of Yaheetech and tried to pay for one. Well they don’t sell them and you can’t purchase them anywhere else. This should be taken into consideration! I bought a triple stack and double stack. I won’t be buying again!
Bad Wheels
I love the cage, it is high quality, easy to build and sturdy. The weak point is the wheels. I have this cage stacked 2 cages high, and one wheel has developed a stress bend in it. The company (yaheetech) will just ghost you after asking for your proof of purchase to get the flawed wheels replaced. It's a serious safety hazard if/when the wheel finally breaks and they should take that more seiously.
Best in its Class Hands Down
Best powder coated metal cage you can buy in this size. The stand is well made as well but its so short. I made a coffee table with the stand instead. The cage is best placed on furniture or custom stand if you know how to build. Cant speak for quality control but my cage came well built. No mismatch or warped metal. Literally a steal for the price. Perfect for Lovebirds and Budgies. I have 2 lovebirds in mine with the divider up for now until training is over then im going to remove the divider. I replaced the acrylic food and water bowls for stainless steel ones. Highly recommend.
Love this cage!
I have 5 zebra finches I wanted to separate for breeding certain genetics and this cage is perfect. There is plenty of space for 2 to 5 very small birds, toys and nesting. Food and water dishes are easily accessible and the bottom setup makes it easy to clean.
Great Cage, Short Stand
This is a well made, sturdy cage & allows me to keep my 2 small birds separated in their own “apartments,” while still allowing them to see each other. My only complaint is the stand is extremely short, which makes the bottom of the cage come up to my thighs (much too short for birds to feel safe). We just used our old stand instead.
Great cage
We have ordered four of these cages and are very pleased with them. They are well made and sturdy. We are using them without the dividers so our birds have a nice size cage and seem very happy.
