Broken upon arrival and does not smell like coconut in the slightest

Santino, my Rottweiler/Chow puppy, has gotten bored of his other yak chews. Normally he will only chew the ones with lime juice in the ingredients. So I thought

Santino, my Rottweiler/Chow puppy, has gotten bored of his other yak chews. Normally he will only chew the ones with lime juice in the ingredients. So I thought I would try the coconut. One of these chews was snapped in half when we received them. I understand that can happen in shipping and cold-weather temps but still. The pieces are too small to give him to chew on and not worth the cost to microwave into puffs that will last 5 minutes. Also... I thought these would smell a little like coconut but they smell just like any other yak chew (I did check the packaging and it says coconut). I expected more for $47 for only two chews. They are a nice size, though. I am waiting to hear from Chewy about returning for a refund.

We have 3 female labs, one super chewer! They absolutely LOVE these!! I take end away and save for another treat. I haven’t done yet, will check before doing so,

I haven’t done yet, will check before doing so, but intend to put in microwave for 30-60 seconds. That’s what I do with ends of Himalayan bones. Also gifted one to my sisters golden. He went bonkers for it too! Doggie tested and mamma approved!

I have a one year old Labrador retriever. He is an extreme chewer and these are keeping him super busy! He loves them so much and I’m so happy! He’s been occupied for about 3 hours now. Very helpful during quarantine thank you Yak9Chews! Will definitely be purchasing more.
