NOT for TOY Dogs!

These are HUGE! The first time I ordered them using the size code on the left side - the photo showing the sizing scale. Well they came to me in a size that would fit a Great Dane - and I have 5 - 7 lb TOY dogs! So I called and they offered to replace them. I explained I need a small size collar and I was told they would fix the issue. A few days later the new order arrived - again HUGE - way too big - although not as big as the first these are not collars for very small dogs.
