Not cleanly trimmed

I wish I could give this a better rating but half of the bag was fatty inedible pieces that I refuse to give my dog. I have been giving him organ treats for a while

I wish I could give this a better rating but half of the bag was fatty inedible pieces that I refuse to give my dog. I have been giving him organ treats for a while and wanted to try a new kind. I know what it should look like and it’s not with greasy lard parts. Sorry it’s a no from me.

All four of my dogs loved these treats! My two larger dogs ate the pieces in their full size but my two smaller dogs who are missing teeth needed it broken up. I

All four of my dogs loved these treats! My two larger dogs ate the pieces in their full size but my two smaller dogs who are missing teeth needed it broken up. I love that it is a single ingredient treat so i know exactly what my pets are getting. They seem to like the crunch with these types of dehydrated treats. I also used these as a food topper to add some interest to their meals. It was always the first thing they ate! Overall I'm super pleased with these treats.

In today’s world there are so many pet treat options out there filled with a variety of ingredients. I have a bunch of picky eaters so I try to keep it as simple as possible. I was drawn to these treats because they’re single ingredient. There’s no long list of ingredients to wade through and figure out which pet will or won’t like. I actually got these for both my cats and dog because they all enjoy organ meat treats. My only complaint is that these treats are much tougher than other organ meat treats. I had a hard time even trying to chop one in half. I’d recommend these for pets that take their time chewing and savoring their treats.

Good beef lung treats!

I generally make my own beef lung treats, but they take a long time and sometimes it’s incredibly inconvenient. These treats left me satisfied but not overly impressed

I generally make my own beef lung treats, but they take a long time and sometimes it’s incredibly inconvenient. These treats left me satisfied but not overly impressed with them. I expected them to be a bit more crunchy but instead, they’re chewy. I’m also disappointed with the amount of crumbs and very tiny pieces. I can easily toss those on a meal but it’s a bit upsetting that there’s quite a bit of it. I do love that this is a single ingredient (plus organic) so no issues with allergies. They smell like I’d expect them to, beefy. My dogs were very happy to try these, and they loved them. My senior who has a little bit of a harder time chewing enjoyed the smaller pieces. I also like how easily these break up, but they don’t crumble which is essential for training treats.

Our two boxers loved these treats. Beef lung is one of their favorites. The quality with these wasn't the best though. There were a lot of pieces that had fat on them. They were also really hard. I had to break the treat into smaller pieces for one of our dogs because he was having trouble chewing a whole treat. The treats themselves are flat and good size. Definitely not a training sized treat as they arent small. Overall, our dogs liked them.

Perfect texture/size to break up for small pups!

5 stars from my chihuahua! It can be difficult to find good, healthy, manageable size treats for my 4 lb chihuahua. This is perfect! I’m a bit late to reviewing because she had pancreatitis just before the treats came in so I couldn’t try anything new. Now that she’s better, this is a perfect low fat treat for her to enjoy. She struggles with only going to the bathroom outside and this is being added to my mix of treats to keep with her leash to encourage her going outside. I love that they are easy to break up for her small size. She seems really into them. They don’t have too strong of a smell (I don’t eat meat personally so can get overwhelmed by some of my pets’ treats/food), are healthy, and my favorite is how easy they are to break up. I’m a little tired of cutting up the other cookies I’ve gotten for her!

We’re always on the lookout for high protein snacks for our hunting dogs. The older dogs typically enjoy organ meat, so we were pretty excited to try out Yellowstone Dutton Ranch Dog Treat Co. Organ Cuts Beef Lung Soft & Chewy Dog Treats. The product description states there’s treats are soft & chewy. They are actually hard as a rock. Our senior dog and puppy needed these soaked in warm water so they were able to chew them. Our 6 year old golden gobbled them up with no problem. One start taken off for the incorrect product description, as these would be difficult to use if you have a dog that can’t tolerate hard treats.

I used these treats to practice my dog’s tricks that he’s learned. I really like these treats and so does he. Luca is a big dog and these treats are the perfect size for him. Some treats are too small and my hands get slobbery giving them to Luca but these are good sized squares. They hold up very well and did not crumble in the bag at all. I love that they are a single ingredient and also organic. The packaging is very appealing with a textured bag that was easy to tear open.

These chewy treats are a real hit with my pup. He goes crazy for the smoky scent, and they keep him busy for a good while. They're a bit messy, leaving little crumbs around, but that's a small price to pay for a happy dog. Plus, they seem to be pretty good for his teeth, which is a bonus. Definitely a top-tier treat in our household. Our dogs only complaint is that they definitely don't think the serving size should be any less than the WHOLE bag.
