They gave us one bad mis threaded screw for the cat tree, all the others work but one, when i tried to contact the company to send me a new one, which all companies
They gave us one bad mis threaded screw for the cat tree, all the others work but one, when i tried to contact the company to send me a new one, which all companies should do, they ignored my email for 3 days then hit me with the “ Contact Chewy Not Us” which i did! and they told me to contact the manufacturer of the tree to get the part, terrible costumer service team, you better hope you get all your parts and they come right if not good luck trying to get help from them, they will just act like its not there problem since i ordered on chewy, terrible company, id go with trixie, they atleast will send out a missed product if they forget to put it in there!!! Will never be ordering from this company again!!

Great tower
It’s perfect size for my Maine Coon mix cat and his smaller dsh sized buddy. It does take 2 working hands to assemble. It was easy until the cat condo then I required

The perch on top is tiny. There is no way a cat can lay up there comfortably. I will be returning.

There weren’t any of the rods with balls within the package we got. Cats still use it and I guess I got it on sale. Just disappointing.
