terrible and unsafe
I bought this cage because I thought it would be better quality than the last cage since it was from a different manufacturer than my previous cage. Its so unsafe
I bought this cage because I thought it would be better quality than the last cage since it was from a different manufacturer than my previous cage. Its so unsafe for birds. The bars are so sharp I cut my fingers touching it. Its dented all over and has loose bars on the sides. There's gaps where there shouldn't be. I keep trying to file down the sharp pieces in the meantime until I can find a better cage. Definitely not worth the money. It should be recalled.

Nice home
This is a nice cage, well built, sturdy, attractive. Good home for my cockatiel and her little buddy budgerigar. I would not try to house more than 1 cockatiel
This is a nice cage, well built, sturdy, attractive. Good home for my cockatiel and her little buddy budgerigar. I would not try to house more than 1 cockatiel here, though, unless they are out of it a significant portion of the day. It would easily accommodate 2-3 parakeets, though. It moves easily, and the shelf on the bottom is a nice feature. I'd prefer the bottom of the cage be higher than 21" off the floor, but the birds have acclimated to the curious but kindly stares of our standard poodle, so all is well. Oh, side bar: It's not "black" as much as it is "peppered gray/steel" in color, but the wheels and the pull out tray are black.
It is a much nicer quality than the one I bought a few months ago.
Although this cage has a few sharp spots that have gotten me and snag the cage guard that came with. Overall, still a nicer cage.
