Product great, delivery terrible
My son's kitty enjoys the house, when she finally got it. Delivery (2 packages) was almost a week late, promised for three days, then dropped up the street--twice
My son's kitty enjoys the house, when she finally got it. Delivery (2 packages) was almost a week late, promised for three days, then dropped up the street--twice. Barely arrived in time for Christmas--obviously a Christmas toy. Chewy customer service was no help, reading me the same info I saw on the FedEx and OnTrac sites. Good products won't matter, Chewy, if you can't get them to us!
