Nice Little House!
I ordered the large house for a stray cat in my neighborhood. She fits comfortably in the house. So far, she seems to like it! I will see how this house holds up
I ordered the large house for a stray cat in my neighborhood. She fits comfortably in the house. So far, she seems to like it! I will see how this house holds up in rain or snowy weather. So far, my only drawback is the heating mat. The beige covering does not detach from the heating element, so I can't throw it in the washer to sanitize and clean it probably.

We bought this house for my outdoor cat. She was a stray alley cat when we moved in and now she is our cat and stays in our yard majority of the time. We finally upgraded her from a bin to this... We love the house itself. I like how it has the awning where the door is to block the rain. I like how it has the window on the side too! She does love it and it seems like it's insulated well. I can't tell if it is fully waterproof though. The last time it rained, her blankets inside were damp. It may have been from her coming out to eat, getting wet, and going back in. The downfalls to this product is for 1) it is a third party whom makes this product. The first time we ordered/received this... a leg was missing. We called the company who makes the product as it said to do on a piece of paper in the box. They told us to call Chewy??? I knew Chewy would make it right although we did schedule FedEx pick up and they didn't show! My father dropped the package off the next day and as soon as it was scanned in, I called Chewy and they shipped out the new one. I was worried the new one would have the same issue but luckily it did not! Again, this is a manufacture issue, not a Chewy issue! Chewy told me other customers were calling in complaining that they were missing parts too! My second downfall is that the heating pad inside doesn't barely get hot. We set it on high and could barely feel it. Luckily we had already previously purchased a heating pad and were able to put that in there. It definitely gets way hotter than the one that comes with this house! All I can say is if you buy this, get a back up heating pad and also be prepared to possibly return it because it seems parts are missing way too often!

House is flimsy
When getting it ready to assemble the stitching in the corner walls were ripped and the awning part completely came away from material of house can’t use it at all
