frustrating to put together
no verbal instructions...just a photo. Once assembled, is not as sturdy as Prevue Pet's model which has four legs.

Predrilled holes do not align. Did not come with instructions. Still laying on the floor in the bird room because I cannot get it put together. Waste of money.

what a joke
What a joke this stand is. No instructions but a picture on the box. None of the holes lined up. Long upright pole is in 2 pieces with screws to hold them together

Long upright pole is in 2 pieces with screws to hold them together. holes in both pieces did not align so could not screw it together. Bolt was missing for the hanger. Would have returned if returning wasn't such a hassle.
