This perch would have been great, but it has a crack across the majority of the wood. Frankly I don't even want to use it for my cockatoo, because if it splits the last few inches to the bolts it's going to break in half. This was way to expensive to arrive in that condition. It was clearly cracked at manufacturing not through shipping. It's not chewy fault, it's the manufacturer's fault. I should have gotten a different brand.

I was really hoping!

Its hard to find larger perches for larger birds the 32’ size would be perfect for the with of a cage I have. The description says its between 1 and 1 1/2 inch thick

Its hard to find larger perches for larger birds the 32’ size would be perfect for the with of a cage I have. The description says its between 1 and 1 1/2 inch thick. I was hoping this would be closer to the 1 1/2” but nope, its barely an inch thick. That much is fine, but what isnt is that it measures 31” exactly so its an inch shorter than my cage. I’ll use it for something but it absolutely isnt worth the price.
