I have a toy toy poodle, witch size do I do I order? Small or Medium?

Determine the correct height for a dog food bowl by measuring your standing dog from the floor beneath the front paws up to the top of the shoulders and then subtract approximately 6 inches. Dogs should be able to eat without lowering their necks or stretching them upwards. The top of a dog food bowl at the correct height should sit level with the dog’s lower chest.

The Small stand is 5 inches tall, the Medium stand is 7 inches tall and the Large stand is 9.75 inches tall.

Not too tall!

I ordered the large, dogs love it. I love it! The large was too tall for my Pomeranian so I tried this one. She can reach without climbing. To assist with sizing,

I ordered the large, dogs love it. I love it! The large was too tall for my Pomeranian so I tried this one. She can reach without climbing. To assist with sizing, she’s 13.5 yo, approximately 4-5 pounds, tiny. If the water is low, she’d have to drop her head into the bowl to reach, but she can, though I don’t let the water get very low. I recommend for all sizes, dog or cat, as the cat uses both the large and the medium, though she prefers the large, no stooping down (she’s elderly and arthritic). I’ve had no issues with any rusting or discoloration on either bowl. Bowls are cleaned several and refilled multiple times daily.

My beautiful Lab Pointer mix is 15 years old and she is a healthy, mobile girl (limited arthritis) with a hearty appetite. Because she's a longish-nosed dog, she has difficulty eating from a flat-bottomed bowl. This one is deep and slightly rounded at the bottom, so she's getting all her food without having to eat up the sides or have the kibble fall out of the sides. And the height of the stand (large) is perfect! Delighted with the purchase. Highly recommend!

Two issues out of two purchases.

The first stand I purchased one of the legs was very bent not allowing the stand to stand normally. Just received the one Chewy replaced and again, one leg is shorter

The first stand I purchased one of the legs was very bent not allowing the stand to stand normally. Just received the one Chewy replaced and again, one leg is shorter than the others, not as bad as the first but definately wobbles and there is no way I can correct that. The box the stand came in had YML’s shipping label on it being sent to Chewy. Then that box was put in one of Chewy’s boxes to be sent to me. So Chewy doesn’t even see the item. BIG MISTAKE.

Perfect for my Older Pups

I ordered 2 large bowls & we considered sending one back to exchange for a medium, but these bowls & stands worked out great for both of my girls. My little pittie

I ordered 2 large bowls & we considered sending one back to exchange for a medium, but these bowls & stands worked out great for both of my girls. My little pittie & my lab/blue heeler mix both enjoy these bowls. The height helps keep them from choking while eating & they no longer cough up food after eating. 10/10 would recommend!

I really like this stand - it’s sturdy and just the right size for average medium/large sized dog (ours are 50-80#). I’ve had three of these for over two years and had to get another for an additional dog. My only complaint is the curlicues on the feet tend to tangle so I used some steel stick to complete the curve back to the leg. If they fixed that design flaw, the stand would be perfect!
