What are the measurements of the medium?

The Small carrier fits pets up to 10 pounds. The Medium carrier fits pets up to 20 pounds.

Is the 17 length 15 width and 7.5 height?

This carrier measures 17 inches long by 7.5 inches wide and 15 inches tall.

How do you get the bottom pad to stay put? My cat can roll the bag around and it folds up on him because the bottom support isn't connected in in any way.

The bottom pad is made to fit the inside of the carrier to stay in place. However, depending on how rough your pet is inside the carrier, the pad can move out of place. The bottom pad is removable to replace with a different type which may be more stable.

I bought the wrong size carrier, I thought the measurements would work for my Diva & my other cats, I was wrong! I got in touch with Chewy to return them but they told me to donate them (I did, to a local rescue!) I read the measurements & reviews on many carriers & decided on this one! It is perfect! My Diva weighs almost 14 lbs & I had no problems with her size at all! Chewy is an Amazing Company I Love ordering through them! Thank You Chewy! <3

Soft sided cat carrier

This may work for calm cats but didn't work for mine. Was very flexible so my cat turned the whole thing upside down and tried her best to escape. Sides collapsed

This is well Made and sturdy but I didn’t expect it to be so small. If my 10-lb cat gets any bigger it will be uncomfortable for him.
