How many scoops does this contain? In the 8.8lb bag

Zeal Canada have a cup inside the bag for easy feeding measurement, one cup of food is approximately 3 ounces (85 grams). The 1 pound bag contains approximately 5 scoops, the 2.2 pound bag contains approximately 11 scoops, the 5.5 pound bag has approximately 29 scoops, the 8.8 pound bag has approximately 47 scoops.
Do you have to refrigerate or put in freezer after opening the bag?

This food is fully shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. Seal carefully and store away from direct sunlight. Use within 8 weeks of opening.

Stinky

Smells so strong like fish. This was a surprise, especially since I ordered the turkey flavor. It smells so strong that we can’t leave it in the bowl like we normally do.

Turkey

I actually thought this bad was rotten the smell is so off putting. I was going to request a refund and return the bag, but after seeing how many reviewers commented on the smell, I assume it's just the recipe. I will not purchase this recipe again.

Not a good recipe

Bought this because my pup liked the salmon recipe, but will not be purchasing again. A good portion of the bag was crumbs and the smell was terrible. Not sure why turkey would stink more than fish, but it hits you in the face as soon as you open the bag.

Great food for allergies!

My boy needs a very limited diet, having many food allergies and has difficulties processing carbohydrates. This food is perfect for him, the little squares are small and soft and easy to digest, no hydration needed! It's dense in nutrition making it high calorie, so the bag lasts longer. My boy loves the taste and I am happy it makes him feel so good! I will definitely be back for more!

Stinky and Liked Not Loved

I love air dried food as training treats and kibble topper for my dogs and I've tried many brands. These meet my expectations as far as size, and texture but holy moly do these have a "fragrance!" They actually made my roommate gag! No other air dried food I've tried smells this bad. I figured the stinkier the better for training but my dogs seem to only like these treats, where they obsess over other brands. I would buy these again but I would try a different flavor and I not dare keep them in my treat pouch, in the car, or take to a friend's house. I can only use them when soap and water is nearby.

I don't know if this was rotten, but it stinks!

This stinks so terribly and the dogs would not eat it the first day. They did eat it the second day when mixed with something else. But I will not feed it to them again, because it may be bad.

Finally, one they all love!

Having 3 small dogs, 2 that are super picky has made it very difficult finding food they will all eat and won't completely bankrupt me. After searching for a long time and having them of different foods, this one does the trick. I'm happy with the ingredients, the nutrition and cost. They love meal time (even the extra hard to please one with brain damage!!)
