Is this safe to clean rats' cages/home with?
Answer by • Dec 09, 2024
This eliminator can be used to deodorize rat cages and enclosures. This isn’t to be applied on pets directly, so as a precaution, the enclosure would need to be empty during the application and allow the enclosure to dry completely prior to returning the rats to their environment.
For the best results, or if the odor has proven particularly strong, or stubborn we recommend (if possible) you first thoroughly wipe/wash down the surfaces with warm water (NO CHEMICALS), allow to dry or force dry with an air/blower dryer. Once dry spray lightly with Zero Odor, then wait for the surface to dry, or force dry with a fan or hair dryer if you are treating a larger odor/area . Sometimes surfaces will require multiple applications if the odor has penetrated deeper into the surfaces(if porous like carpet, furniture, stone, or hardwoods).
Can this be used in heating vents?
Answer by • Dec 23, 2023
This can be sprayed on the inside of the vents, registers and around the filter of the furnace. Apply carefully. It is recommended you first clean these areas as much as you can prior to spraying particularly if it has been a while since they were cleaned. Do not use chemicals when cleaning, just use warm water with a sponge/cloth and allow to dry before spraying.
