Two years ago, my dog was scheduled for a $6,000 knee surgery due to weak joints and arthritis. I decided to try supplements instead. My dog, who was only 2.5 years old at that point, couldn't jump, she struggled to stand up, and she was in pain at night. I started her on the regular Zesty Paws Mobility Support (orange container) and then recently switched to the 'Hemp Elements' one. My dog, who just turned 5, is now running in the backyard, jumping, playing, and full of energy. I definitely recommend these!
This is my fourth order and I will continue to do so for my pet
Has really helped our dog a lot. Hate doing chewey reviews.
We tried this for several months for our 7-year-old Great Dane. We would add one chew to her evening food each day. At first, she did fine with them, but each container had a different smell, color and/or texture compared to the last container. The most recent container was an unusually bright yellow-green, and the dye actually stained my fingers whenever I touched them. She tried to eat them but after 3 days she just stopped eating dinner all together. At first, I thought she was sick, but when we stopped giving her the supplement everything went back to normal.
My pup had a partial CCL (ACL) tear and was limping. The vet and I agreed to try to heal it without surgery so I opted to give him this instead. It has been only a few weeks and I can definitely tell that he is walking better! The reason I took a star off is because he will not take it as a treat. I have to break it up and hide it in his food. I also bought the Zesty Paws Probiotics and he does not like those either. He refused to even taste them but will eat them without complaint when I mix them with his food.
I cant prove it but within 3 days of starting to feed these to my dog, she stopped being able to walk. i had to keep lifting her to her feet just to go to the bathroom i immediately stopped giving them to her. after about 2 days of her being basically bed ridden unless i lifted her to her feet constantly just to go to the bathroom. after the 2 days of not feeding her these, she finally got back to her old self and could actually enjoy a full walk around the block. probably toxic ..
My dogs will not eat them they don’t like the way they smell
Gave my English bully incredible diarrhea. The brands mobility bites without hemp work well. I’m assuming that she just doesn’t tolerate the hemp well. It was worth trying
So I've been giving them to her for a couple of weeks now. And, this morning I noticed that she actually wanted to walk a little further than we have walked in months! She's 14 years old so that is pretty impressive to me.
We were using the original blend but I switched thinking this blend might be better. She had horrible diarrhea so we had to stop. Going back to the original. I guess she just can’t handle the hemp in this one.
