My dogs LOVED the bowl! Drank much more water daily. Until today. The fountain portion died. Not even a month old yet.

Pump pooped out today. Got it October 2024, so it didn't even last a year. Ugh, so frustrating. Can't recommend.

If there is no customer service can it be bad?
My pump burned up, with water in the bowl, after 7 weeks of normal use. I contacted the company over a week ago with no reply. I cannot confirm which replacement

I have 2 Boxers, 3 Boston Terriers, snd 1 Fatcat. Since filtering my pets water my Boxers no longer have goopy eyes. I am able to monitor the amount they are drinking
I have 2 Boxers, 3 Boston Terriers, snd 1 Fatcat. Since filtering my pets water my Boxers no longer have goopy eyes. I am able to monitor the amount they are drinking daily all while it being clean. I have just ordered a second one. I want 2; but after 1 year the motor went. There is a 2 year warranty on it which I will handle next. I absolutely do not like being without this filtering bowl.

Plus the light inside and viewing window make it easy to know when to refill and how much has been drank in a day. Definitely would recommend for small to medium sized dogs!

I have boxers. The boxer has the longest tongue out of all of the dog breeds! In fact, my little one, Gia, her tongue is twice the size of her head! So when they drink from a bowl on the ground, they splash water all over the place! This bowl pretty much solves the issue because it has a little water fountain that comes up from the center so they have to drink from that. And everything that they splash returns to the corner of the bowl! So there is very little left to splash on the floor because everything gets recycled back into the bowl!

Our Lab took to this immediately. He drinks a lot of water and this fountain provides him with a fresher filtered supply. Our cats have their own fountains but they seem to like this one too. It's easy to clean and holds a lot of water. Our only complaint is that the USB/120v adapter died after a week. Luckily, we had another on hand to power the fountain.

Originally bought this because I wanted my dogs to have clean water like my cats have. I found that it takes the same filter and is made by the same company. Why they don’t just call it Dogit to make it easier to find I don’t know. So my dogs love this and I like that it holds at least twice the amount of water. Now we have two more cats so I have two of these fountains, one for the dogs and one for the cats. I did switch out the fountain to one without the LED light because you can still see the water level through the little window. I change the filters on both every 30 days and the fountains are relatively quiet. I buy the 12 pack of Catit filters for replacement and that lasts 6 months so they are on autoship

The pump has a rattle inside of it. You can hear it through out the whole house. The dogs are scared of it. Maybe I received a lemon?
