Not good for my dogs

I purchased this because one of my dogs has terrible allergies and this had great reviews. Well my dogs loved it, later that night 2 of them were very sick. Rushed to vet and diagnosed with gastroenteritis. Both admitted. They could not handle the high protein in the food. I wish this was sold in single cans because now I have a full case to bring to the shelter. We will stay on science diet.

Working great

My puppy mill rescue Shelby had bad gastritis and I needed a protein that she had never eaten. This was the first one I tried and it worked amazingly well. I also feed her the small bite kibble which she loves too.

Great Quality Food

My dog loves this. All of a sudden she became a picky eater and she has a sensitive stomach. She gobbles this down without any issues to her stomach

Great Food for digestive issues

We have finally found a food in the dry and wet grain free Kangaroo food that has eliminated digestive stool problems caused by food allergies.

Kangaroo has changed

They seem to have changed the recipe. Much more wet and soft now. My dog used to love it. Now, he walks away from and leaves it. These companies are always trying to squeeze customers for another dollar. I will look for something else.

Good food

I like the food but I wish it was more of a stew.

Who knew Beau would love Kangaroo?!

Believe it or not our 8 year old Whoodle, Beau, does not like to eat...which is a constant struggle for me. However, so far so good....he seems to love Zignature Kangaroo! And he is digesting it beautifully without interfering with his food allergies, since it is a limited ingredient formula.

Benji really liked this

Benji liked but he also likes natural basics which is cheaper so I am gonna let him decide soon. If the kangaroo helps his yeasty skin we will stay with the Zignature

Was hoping she’d like it

My 11 year old Havanese is extremely picky and anything other than turkey makes her lick her paws incessantly, so I thought I would try this to give her some variety, but not create her licking response like other meats. I was very hopeful, but neither she nor my other (also very picky) dog would even taste it. It looked and smelled good to me, so I donated it to the Miami animal shelter and hope some of the dogs there are enjoying it.

Product Issues

The cans came rusted on the bottom and edges on the top. They also had what seemed like liquid dry stains on the top yet they were packaged in sealed plastic box/container. I sent several pictures to Customer Service so they could see the issues and check the product in their warehouse.
