This seems like it would be good for what I wanted. Did not realize that it would leak. I am using it for a snail, and have to mist the enclosure 2 to 3 times a day. I have it on a towel, since the water runs down the walls and out of the enclosure. I was confused at first that mine was still frosty after taking off protective film, but found out it is on both sides. I will use this until I can get a better enclosure.
I love this! Packaged well and as soon as I got the film off of the pieces it only took like 2 minutes to construct. Perfect enclosure for my Asian forest scorpion, much prettier than the bin he was in previously. Its a bit pricy for what it is but its worth it in my opinion
This enclosure works get for my full grown T.albopliosus tarantula the lid has and lock and then you need to slide and lift the lid to open it the rubber bands on the sides work great and are strong enough to keep all the walls together and the surliness is very clear (just make sure u peel the plastic of both sides of course) still only 4 stars because this is only really big enough for small spiders or other invertebrates
Says it can hold a bearded dragon but clearly can't even house a leopard gecko, to be clear I bought the large one, it's very pretty but nowhere near the proper size four housing much maybe a tarantula or scorpion MAYBE. I wanted to house a leopard gecko in a beautiful enclosure that could be taken apart when I move out but now I'd rather buy a big tank and deal with the size. Now I'm trying to rack my brain for what I could use this tank for beyond a small succulent garden. To be fair I should've done the math on the size but customers should be able to trust their providing shop keepers to not lie about such important information like suitable housing for our beloved pets.
Purchased to isolate isopods and age substrate. It was easy to put together, just watch that you set the sides in the same direction for the door. Great price.
I just received these. I bought 3. The first and second ones I tried to assemble parts broke off. These do not handle any pressure at all. I'm so disappointed and the worse part is I really needed them to transport my snakes. I will be returning all three.
I originally bought this as a new enclosure for a tarantula, however the air holes were too low on the sides (for a terrestrial species that burrows a lot.) So I ended up using it to raise ispods and springtails. It works wonderfully and it really is crystal clear. I saw a complaint above that it wasn't--and I think that person forgot to peel off all of the protective film. :)
Ignore the one guy who couldn't figure out that you need to peel the protective covering off. These are so clear and are perfect displays for your animals. I use these for my tarantulas and they're incredible. Awesome for a display animal. I'm buying one for each of mine.
Perfect Enclosure, love it, just remember that you have to take the plastic off all the sides of the panels so it’s see through instead a smokey glass.
Walls are ultra clear, the holes are adequate. The only draw back is that the lid’s tabs are a touch too delicate and one came to me broken. A little superglue for plastic fixed this though. I bought two and only one was slightly damaged. I suspect this happened in transit, though. Over all it didn’t affect the function of the products and my mealworms and dubia roach nurseries are thriving.
