I am thoroughly impressed with this terrarium! This tank checks nearly all the boxes for functionality, aesthetics, and ease of maintenance. What I love about it. Super easy assembly Setting this up was a breeze. The instructions are straightforward and clear, and it took less than 15 minutes to fully assemble. The parts all fit together cleanly and the tank feels solid and secure. The front opening glass door is a huge plus! letting you tend to your pet without having to lift the top screen every time. The top has a double-hinged locking screen with a feeding port. The access points are secure, which helps give peace of mind that your pet won’t escape. The easy-clean bedding tray is one of the standout features to me. It slides out making substrate changes and waste removal much less messy and time consuming. It really makes cleaning it a lot more manageable. It feels very sturdy and the tempered-glass panels offer great visibility. I’d happily recommend this terrarium to others!

This is a standard 10 gallon terrarium. Pros include: clear instructions & easy assembly, lighter than other terrariums, top AND front opening options, and the removable tray to hold substrate is quick to remove & dump substrate out. Extra perks include a Zilla lock and some gloves to help keep fingerprints off the glass which is a great touch. The only con is that I wish there was a choice for the tray to be deeper for a bio active setup but it’s good for a small layer of substrate. I would use this for a baby hognose or leopard gecko.

This was very easy to set up and is close to the size of a 20-gallon aquarium. You can probably put a lot of different species in this tank size, however if you're into bioactive set ups, you will have to probably modify how you design it significantly due to the front door. The substrate tray gives you about .75" deep in the front but angles to greater depths in the back of the tank (around 1-1.25"). Keep in mind these are estimations of depth of the substrate tray, as I did not measure it. The only reason why this is not five stars is because I would only keep specific species in here based on their welfare and what I would be able to do for them to keep their welfare optimal. Some species of small, terrestrial lizards would do great. Terrestrial invertebrates like blue-feigning death beetles would probably also do really well in this. With the right imagination this enclosure has great potential but has its own limitations with the door fully opening one side, inhibiting deep substrates for burrowers and bioactive set ups.

Like its namesake it is quite quick (and easy) to build. Not only that, it looks and feels sturdy! The removable tray for cleanup will come in handy as most tanks can be difficult to clean. The front opens completely and the tray easily slides out. Conveniences like small openings for cords, secure latches and two points of entry make this a high quality item that I highly recommend. The 20” size would be good for one very small lizard, snake or amphibian. Probably best for a spider or scorpion.

Really happy with this terrarium! The Zilla QuickBuild Terrarium with Easy Clean Bedding Tray was super easy to put together and looks great once it’s set up. I love the front-opening doors and the easy-clean tray—it makes feeding and cleaning so much less of a hassle. Perfect size for my leopard gecko and definitely good value for the price. It’s not fully waterproof, but that’s not an issue for my setup. The only small downside was a little chip in the glass when it arrived, but it doesn’t affect anything. Overall, I’d totally buy it again!
