The lamp does not include a bulb. This floor lamp is designed for use with Zoo Med’s Avian Sun™ 5.0 UVB Compact Fluorescent Lamp. This unique lighting arrangement will provide birds with safe levels of beneficial UVB and UVA for physical and psychological health.

How tall is this lamp? Is it adjustable? I have a slightly taller cage setup…?

This lamp stands 68 inches tall. It has a fully adjustable gooseneck for use in almost any position.

Wonderful light for my birds!

I wanted a light that will give my parakeets "sunlight" during the day regardless of the weather outside. This light does that! My birds are happier and more active
