Easily fell apart

Several parts of the plant fell off. Disappointed as we purchased others from Zoo Med but customer service was wonderful and sent another replacement. Unfortunately,

Several parts of the plant fell off. Disappointed as we purchased others from Zoo Med but customer service was wonderful and sent another replacement. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I would give less than one star but Chewy has the best customer service!! :)
