I have a pleco in my aquarium and I was told he needs driftwood to supplement his diet. Do you know if this is the right wood for that?

This decor is a hard African driftwood. It can be used inside an aquarium, but because there's a high amount of tannin in the wood we recommend soaking the decor in water for several days. Otherwise, your aquarium will turn into a brown-like color.

Can this be used for a leopard spotted gekko?

This wood decor is suitable for reptiles including lizards, snakes, aquatic turtles, frogs and newts.

Can you specify what is the height rather than just giving the 3 dimensions and not indicating which number is the height, which is the length and which is the width...thanks

Will my crickets be able to crawl up in there and hide?

Crickets may be able to get into any gaps or crevasses that are present in the wood.

Nice pieces but not much variety

I purchased 4 medium pieces of mopani. Beautiful pieces but I wish there was variety in appearance...all basically the same shape

Love the look of this wood

Good size and shape

It's always a gamble when buying wood online for aquariums. But this piece was surprisingly big and had great shape and texture. I ended up using a different piece

So big!

These medium sized mopani wood pieces are much bigger than you would expect. Great for a 20gal long or 30gal+. I would recommend the small size for a 5gal or 10gal

These medium sized mopani wood pieces are much bigger than you would expect. Great for a 20gal long or 30gal+. I would recommend the small size for a 5gal or 10gal. Mopani wood is my favorite, so beautiful and sturdy. It doesn't break down like other wood even after you boil it for a while. I do suggest filing down some of the rough edges if you have a betta.
