what size enclosure is this for

This High Output UVB lamp is perfect for large habitats. The proprietary Zoo Med lamp construction creates a true flood-lamp effect, eliminating dangerous UV “hot-spots” common to other metal halide reptile lamps.

My cat lives on the lanai and he gets no sun this time of year. I would like to simulate an hour or two of warm sun for him each day. Will this work for that application? How does long is the power cord and does this need a clamp of some type?

The Powersun HID combo cannot be used with a cat, these are designed for reptile use only. We recommend contacting a veterinarian to see what they recommend for a cat.

Don’t spend the $$$

Just started using this about a month ago, and it already stopped working. Too expensive to have to replace so soon. Unfortunate.

Stopped working after 4 days

I got this for my Bearded Dragon and it worked great for about 4 days. This morning, I went to turn it on and nothing. Pretty expensive lamp to break after less

I got this for my Bearded Dragon and it worked great for about 4 days. This morning, I went to turn it on and nothing. Pretty expensive lamp to break after less than a week of use. Disappointed for sure as I really wanted to love this lamp and when it did work, it was great.
