I've heard a lot of wonderful things about spirulina, so I purchased this for the first time, and both my fish went INSANE for this stuff. I have two goldfish,

I've heard a lot of wonderful things about spirulina, so I purchased this for the first time, and both my fish went INSANE for this stuff. I have two goldfish, so they're most definitely not picky, but this - they went nuts for it. Important feature, a little goes a long way, so a few flakes will provide lots of enrichment for your fish(es). It does dirty the water a bit, but eventually settles. Most definitely a worthwhile purchase so far.

I feed my cichlids a variety of foods, but this does seem to be their favorite. The only problem is the bottom 1/3 of the can has usually turned to dust by the time I reach it. I think i’ll try a previous reviewers suggestion of freezing the dust into cubes.
