Need better dimensions

Way too small for any turtle or tortoise. Proper dimensions unclear. Should be sold for small lizards. Useless for my aquatic turtles

item not as described

I originally contacted customer support to fix the issue with the item description but it’s been over a week and I’ve seen no update. The item is VERY SMALL compared

I originally contacted customer support to fix the issue with the item description but it’s been over a week and I’ve seen no update. The item is VERY SMALL compared to what the description states. It IS made out of ceramic, it has a rough unglazed texture with 2 holes on the bottom for water draining. It’s big enough for a small leopard gecko but anything bigger then that is not good. I bought 2 for my blue tongue skinks but for obvious reasons I ended up using them for something else. Dimensions are 5”x4.5”x 12” (LxWxH) or 12cmX12cmX5cm (LxWxH). Pictures show dimensions.
