If I remember correctly this coop said it would fit 10-12 chickens? ABSOLUTELY NOT. It is a terrible design. There are two small drawers to pull out to clean. With the size of them it would have to be daily. The over abundance of nest boxes (4 large each divided in half) take up any room for roost bars. The bars are so small they will be uncomfortable for full grown chickens and they are stacked on top of each other. Chickens don’t want to roost low or underneath other chickens therefore those will be unused and covered in poop. That also hugely limits the roost space. I bought this as a temporary coop for young birds joining the flock, but hoped it would last a year. This leads me to quality. BAD. It’s definitely a “get what you pay for” coop. The wood for the legs was cut to different lengths making it crooked, a piece on top was split. My son put it together for me and it took far longer than 1-2 hours because of poor instructions and crappy materials. I am going to order another OverEZ Coop like I should have done in the first place. I was trying to hold off but lesson learned. This will go in the trash when I get the new one.
Too small and flimsy

I would not put more than 4 full grown hens in here, and certainly not a single rooster! while the nesting boxes are the right size, there is inadequate perching space and definitely not enough room to move around. You should have 3-4 sq. ft per chicken in a coop - this one is just over a 10 sq. ft footprint. It is also sagging in the middle (after 1 week!) and several of the boards either arrived already split, or split as soon as you added screws. I am keeping it an using it for my pullets until they are old enough to graduate to the big coop with the rest of the adults, but would not buy again.

We have 5 chicks who have adapted well to this coop. Assembly wasn't difficult, but it quicker with 2 people. All parts were numbered and most of the pilot holes were drilled. We have since made some modifications by extending the roosting bars, adding vents, and adding an automatic door. We are interested to see how well our 5 chickens fit when full grown. 9 out of 10, we like it thus far! It's cute and no regrets!
Built solid

I’m using this coop for a dozen guinea fowl and it should be perfect. It assembled to be very sturdy. The instructions say to paint or stain the coupe annually and I know that’s not gonna happen so I took time before assembling it to seal the stained wood and to paint the white Wood while it was fresh and clean. That took a lot of time actually. The paint covered most of the scratches and cosmetic issues. I have one piece of wood on top of the roof that’s arrived cracked and will be using caulk to seal that up. Assembly was straightforward and only needed a second person for one step. It did take several hours to assemble.
So far, so good.

Mine arrived just fine with no damaged pieces. I was able to put it together myself and the instructions were easy to follow. My only complaint is that the side entrance door can get easily blown shut by the wind. Right now when I open the door in the morning I keep it open with a bungee cord but will probably add some kind of latch to hold the door open. I do have it covered, but I haven't seen how it holds up to weather yet.
Arrived damaged and does not seen stable for outside use

Good, not great
Pretty sturdy once it’s put together. I do recommend sealing or painting it to protect it from the weather. The roof might need some reinforcement as well. I like

I like that it’s spacious and up off the ground. She comes pretty beat up as others have stated. The whole box was destroyed so I think it’s a little interesting they all come this way.
Multiple Damages

I noticed the damages as I was taking it out of the box and I was disappointed to say the least. I would have sent it back however due to the weight and the fact I needed it immediately. The coop itself is nice and love the ease of rolling it around. I put it together by myself in about 2 hours. Directions could be confusing at times as well.
Eh

It’s nowhere near as large as they say but our 4 Orpingtons fit nicely in it. We did some modifications because of the automatic door. Everything is locked up but definitely get some carabiners. We probably wouldn’t buy it again because we are lovers of the fluffy butt chickens. If you like the smaller breeds this is a great fit. It is bulkier than it looks though.
