Aggravated her skin

This was one of the few times where the product just did not live up to the reviews. Instead of calming our dogs itchy skin, it made it worse. She turned red - everywhere

This was one of the few times where the product just did not live up to the reviews. Instead of calming our dogs itchy skin, it made it worse. She turned red - everywhere. It got so bad that we had to put her on prednisone and put little socks on her feet to keep her from scratching herself bloody. We have used Zymox on her ears for a long time, so we had trust in the brand. In reading the ingredients on the leave on conditioner, I now see that it contains alcohol. The shampoo also contains alcohol. I do not see how a drying agent is going to relieve hots sots or itchy skin, it would burn and make it worse. I'm glad for those that this product helped but I cannot put this on our dog again. That would be cruel.

Nice shampoo and conditioner

Zymox is a nice gentle shampoo and conditioner, it also smells good. I have used it for years on my dogs.

The shampoo and conditioner used together with the conditioner rinsed lightly left my dog soft but itchy. I used the conditioner by itself as recommended. The next

The shampoo and conditioner used together with the conditioner rinsed lightly left my dog soft but itchy. I used the conditioner by itself as recommended. The next morning, my dog had balding patches. Will use for our other dog, who does not have sensitive skin.

Have been using the Zymox Vet. Strength Shampoo & conditioner for about 9 months now. My dog has suffered with skin allergies since she was a pup. She is now 12

Have been using the Zymox Vet. Strength Shampoo & conditioner for about 9 months now. My dog has suffered with skin allergies since she was a pup. She is now 12 years old. She was loosing her fur last summer and my vet recommended the above. It works! It cleared it up but it takes about 3 weeks to fully clear in with baths twice a week. She got it back again a few weeks ago; so here we go again. It's hard to find a product that works and this does.
