Nothing is worse during the winter when bathing is not a possibility in the colder climates, that is, unless you use Showsheen's Bath in a Bottle. The lifesaver for no baths allowed. Also great for in between baths. But for me, the best is the ability to keep coat clean and shiny during the winter months.
I have used this for years on my show dogs. It really makes a black coat shine. It is great to use between baths and does not have a flowery smell. I like it for young puppies to freshen them up and get them accustomed to being sprayed and toweled off as a precursor to first baths.
First let me say it you are looking for a stain remover this may not work as well as others. It is decent but not as good as some. Where this product shines (pun intended) is after you have thoroughly brushed you horse and there is still that bit of dust that does not come off. Spray this stuff on a towel and wipe all over coat. Make sure not to over wet or it will get streaky! It gets off that last bit off dust and light discolorations that brushing alone will not. Great when preparing for winter shows.
Another boarder was using this on her horse and recommended it. Having tried it, I'm pleased with the cleaning as well as the mild smell.
