I was not prepared for how much my dogs LOVED these Acana Jerky Bites! As soon as I opened the bag, my dogs perked up and were extremely eager to try them. They just couldn’t get enough of these bite-sized, crunchy, nutritious treats. The chicken flavor variety is made with limited ingredients and includes 95% chicken and no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. I particularly like how the jerky is air-dried, which helps preserve nutrients and gives the treats a texture that seems to be irresistible to dogs. The jerky bites can be used as everyday treats or as toppers to enrich meals. They are high in protein and low in carbs and are a great way to give my dogs a healthy and energizing mid-day snack. It’s great seeing my dogs so excited whenever I offer them these treats and I’m happy to have found something they love so much.

They all love them

The ACANA jerky arrived what Beanie our neighbor's dog arrived for her daily visit. Beanie and Mocha our older rescue dog both loved the treats. I was not sure

The ACANA jerky arrived what Beanie our neighbor's dog arrived for her daily visit. Beanie and Mocha our older rescue dog both loved the treats. I was not sure if they would chew the jerky or just swallow them because they are small. Both dogs, Beanie the large black dog and Mocha our smaller tan) dog chewed them and got the flavor. The smaller size also makes them perfect as toppers on their regular food. Then Newton our cat joined the feast. Since the Jerky is 95% chicken, I felt it was fine for a cat. Newton is a finicky eater and often will not eat the most popular brand of cat treats, but he loved this more than any other treat. So, all three pets loved this Jerky.

The Acana jerky bites come in a resealable bag which is great to keep them fresh. These bites are very small so just be aware of that. Great for training treat or topper on dog food. 95% chicken dehydrated high protein and made in the USA. One of my dogs (senior dog) is very picky about treats and she absolutely loves these. She will jump around in circles excited when she sees this bag. I will definitely be buying these again.

I play a game with our younger dog called "Touch, Go Fetch" where she has to boop my fingers when I say touch and then I throw a treat that she has to find accross the room. I've been using cheerios because they're small and low-cal but when these came in I got SO excited to try them out because ot only are they also small and low-cal, they also have more oomph so I can launch them further and my dog gets more exercise.

These chicken flavor jerky bites seem to be a hit with my pup, however, I feel as though they are too hard and too small for her size. My 30lb girl doesn’t chew them, she just swallows them whole. She likes them as a treat or topper. They are high in protein which is a plus.

I expected chicken jerky to be chewier but these lean more crunchy. My dog, who gobbles up most treats, likes but does not love these. He takes it and doesn’t eat

I expected chicken jerky to be chewier but these lean more crunchy. My dog, who gobbles up most treats, likes but does not love these. He takes it and doesn’t eat it right away (but eventually does). He’s a little guy (11lbs) and these are a very good size for him.
