This stuff is some of the highest quality food I've found (high protein, medium fat, low carb), with no by-products, grains, or carrageenan. It looks and smells good enough for me to eat, and Ms. Fuzzypants devoured it and licked the bowl clean. And at $1/can, it's more reasonably priced than some other brands of high-grade wet food.

Basically awesome shreaded chicken in broth with vitamins and minerals and no nasty stuff. If I wasn't a vegetarian looks good enough to slap on some bread and have a sandwich. Though that would probably upset the cats. The tiny cubes of cheese are even natural colored and whitish not neon orange. I feed as a between meals treat. Three finicky cats ages 3 to 18 and their finicky digestive systems approve. The fourth that has PTSD, and thinks she's being poisoned every meal, even licks the broth sometimes. If your furkids like shreaded food give this a try. :) Only complaint is a wish this company offered more poultry flavors like this. My cats would probably love them. • Good clean combo

Shredded chicken and cheese - my cats love them! They already liked shredded meats, but this one seems enticing. Will put them in regular rotation

  • Cats' new favorite food

    By on

I bought this first time recently. The cats devoured it. Honestly, the only reason it's unlikely I'll ever buy it again is the can size and cost. (My cats are on a mostly wet diet for health reasons, and so I prefer to buy the 5-6oz cans. I bought this because I got a one-time deal on a case of similar sized cans from a different brand.) If this brand offered larger cans and IF the price were right, I'd definitely buy it again.

  • High protein and low carb!

    By on

This is like keto food for cats. The macros are great for my Pequod's dietary needs, the high protein and low carb content. This is a shredded chicken food with small pieces of cheese throughout, in a broth liquid. It's easy to plop into the food dish and leaves little residue or pieces in the can. I don't have to worry about him eating junk and the best part is he gets to have cheese!

  • Good quality

While they don't devour it to the extent they do of another brand with chicken and cheese, I found this to be good quality, and they do like it—just not to the point of licking the bowl and getting every morsel.

  • It looks good enough for me to eat...

    By on

I bought this due to it's excellent nutritional stats, hoping that our kitty would like it. As of now, this is her absolute favorite food -- I can barely get the can open before she is trying to get at it. Very happy with this food.

  • Not Even A Little

    By on

Sadly, my cat, that I'm trying to wean off Friskies, despises this food. It looks and smells good enough for ME to eat, but will he? Not even a little! I've tried disguising minuscule amounts of it in his usual food, and even tried putting it in a food processor first to further disguise it, but he is having none of it.

  • My girls passed on this...

    By on

Obviously, cats can be finicky, so maybe yours would like this. It looks like shredded chicken breast in light juice. Even though my cats love cooked chicken breast meat from my kitchen, there is some sort of additive in this that all 3 of them turn their noses up at. Bummer since it's expensive, but shipping back to return it, is even more so!
