Love love love this for my free roam bunny. It was so easy to assemble and I love how it's on wheels to make cleaning underneath and behind super easy. I love the wire grates on the bottom. It keeps urine and poop off his feet. So easy to remove and clean off. And the pullout trays make clean up a breeze since I use piddle pads and not that messy bedding. Roll it up the messy pee pad. Wash and disinfect the tray. Lay new potty pads in the tray and slide it back in. My bunny loves relaxing in the upper cubby where he stays nice and warm in his bed away from his food, water and his potty. I leave it open 24 hours a day which he loves so he can use his litter tray outside of this awesome hutch. 5 out of 5 stars. Best hutch I've ever had for my bunnies.

Easy to build, spacious

We love that the top has half that opens and half that flat, it makes for easy storage on top. The two levels is spacious and our bun bun loves to chew on the ramp

We love that the top has half that opens and half that flat, it makes for easy storage on top. The two levels is spacious and our bun bun loves to chew on the ramp. We bought this also due to the grate at the bottom that separates the mess and the tray is easy to pull out and clean. Came with a few dents and scratches but didnt hinder the usefulness, just looks a bit damaged in spots. Would reorder again when needs replacing.

Overall the hutch was easy to put together and met expectations, however the frame is chipped in a few places. This is my daughter number one asked for Christmas

Very disappointing

Bought same hutch 3.5 years ago and was great. Not now. Now, when opening came with poor paint job, scruf marks it areas that show and a foul smell. Quality control

Bought same hutch 3.5 years ago and was great. Not now. Now, when opening came with poor paint job, scruf marks it areas that show and a foul smell. Quality control went down; pre made holes didn't line up correctly, had to modify to make it work. Also, not sure why it was covered in glitter and all the metal pieces were sticky. Had to individually wash each piece before putting together.

Terrible quality

Rusted latches, staples sticking out wire not straight or stapled down all the way would not get this again from chewy. I will buy it from the actual manufacturer

Its attractive and sturdy

It was definitely a two person job to put together, but the second person can be a 10 year old. You'll want a drill for sure, and Im a big fan of how the instructions

Best of all the bunny seems really happy

Fine for Indoors

Definitely not an outdoor hutch. The wire is too fragile and would not slow down a predator at all. The ramp to the second level is too steep and needs more steps

Definitely not an outdoor hutch. The wire is too fragile and would not slow down a predator at all. The ramp to the second level is too steep and needs more steps. It would be nice if the other roof also opened. Plenty of room for a 5 lb. rabbit. The floors are easy to clean.

Definitely not for outside

I was looking for the biggest rabbit hutch I could find for inside because rabbit is as big as or bigger than most cats. The wood is extremely soft and easy to dent/chip

I was looking for the biggest rabbit hutch I could find for inside because rabbit is as big as or bigger than most cats. The wood is extremely soft and easy to dent/chip. The wood was split in some places where they put screws from factory. For anyone looking for an outdoor hutch, this definitely isn’t it. I think it will be okay for now for my purposes, but I’m still on the lookout for something better. If you have a normal size rabbit or small animal, this would be fine for inside.
