Terrible dog crate

I paid way too much fot this dog crate for it to fall apart the way it is. This dog crate has completely fallen apart. The screws have come out. Ive had to put boards

I paid way too much fot this dog crate for it to fall apart the way it is. This dog crate has completely fallen apart. The screws have come out. Ive had to put boards on it to hold it together. The floors do not stay in they fall to the floor. The locks do not keep the door locked. Had I known i wouldve never purchased this. I paid almost $400 for this crate and now I have to pay another $400 to get a decent crate for dog to sleep comfortably. It will not let me add a photo but this crate is in terrible condition.
