Instructions
products have been treated with a non-hazardous, water-based painting, which provides initial protection from weather conditions, but the product should be treated regularly if used outside. Wood dries out when not maintained and can become cracked, warp or become unsightly. For this reason, you should thoroughly clean and treat your pet’s hutch regularly. Make sure to use wood cleaning products and varnish that are animal-safe. Find a place that is as sheltered as possible to avoid wear and tear from the weather. We suggest you can paint the hutch again after half a year to extend the service time.
It was super easy to put together. We recommend 2 people and 45 minutes. And you just need to prepare a hand screwdriver or cordless drill.
All of our cages will come flat packed – It came with a sufficient pictorial manual. Screws were in marked plastic bags. Panels are stamped and come ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel rods that fit nicely into pre-drilled holes(pre-drilling will prevent any cracks and preserve sturdiness while keeping wood intact).

First, hedgehogs should not have multi level cages. They do not see well and could easily fall off the second level. Second hedgehogs will climb up the wire on the sides and could break a leg or get stuck in the wire. It is not safe for them.

I got this because my mama rat just had 3 babies and we were looking for a good upgrade. This looked like it was going to be great for them. I finally get it assembled and sorting assembly the screws for the wheels are not wide enough so the wheels fall off even after you screw them in. There is a very wide gap between the tray at the bottom and the side. Definitely big enough for a rat to squeeze through. The wood is very easily cracked with minimal pressure. The plastic to keep the glass clean doesn't come off fully as whoever made it put it on and then put wood on top of it so now the rats can eat the leftover plastic. I'm very highly upset with this and now I have to find a different cage to get them and buy that one.
Nice size, but with many issues.

Just put this together. During the assembly, I noticed that the heads on the screws that hold the wheels onto the enclosure are WAY to small to actually attach the wheels (I had to use washers to make the screws work. Also, there is a step where you are supposed to attach the top level to the bottom level in the rear. They didn't put the Pilot hole in for that step and when I tried to do it the wood just split. On top of that, the lid to the lower section does not line up with the bottom level and has a gap in it. I an currently looking for a different habitat for my hamster. In my opinion, this thing is garbage. Chewy.com should be ashamed to sell this.
Overall: decent enough

Pros: Lots of doors/ great access. I like the 2-story design/ layout, spacious (for my ratties) i like the color and the structure itself is pretty sturdy. Cons: Bottom flap clips are absurdly flimsy (my rats push the flap and the hooks just bend). The plastic tray is too small. Bedding builds up in the gaps and makes a huge mess when you pull the tray out.....and one of the baby rats got trapped in there and died. Wheels lost a bunch of ball bearings so now it doesn't roll well. Overall: decent, just needs some modifications
Not worth it complete 0!
Within 10 minutes of assembly my nieces guinea pig has already chewed the habitat apart even though the manufacturer states that the aluminum rails prevent chewing
Within 10 minutes of assembly my nieces guinea pig has already chewed the habitat apart even though the manufacturer states that the aluminum rails prevent chewing. I am completely disappointed with this product. Definitely will not be purchasing products from this manufacturer again. I give this habitat a week before it's mulch. Do NOT purchase this product.
Well made

Got this for my rats, it's a great house for them but it does have its frustrations. 1. Make time to assemble this, it's not a quick pop up. 2. Not suitable for anything smaller than adult rats, the bottom litter tray is very flimsy and warped plastic, and leaves a large gap all the way round the interior for anything small, bored, and curious to easily escape. 3. This same litter tray is kind of a two person job to pull out and clean, unless you've got extra appendages, to hold the door flap up while pulling the tray out. The rest of the cage is great, several doors and lids for easy access, which is an easier way to clean that arguing with the litter tray. It's a good solid structure and the heavy wheels let you easily move it anywhere.
