My dog has been miserable scratching and licking with dry flaky asking for about a month. After about a week of giving this product, I was surprised when I noticed this product actually seems to be working. I'm also giving my dog Biotin along with the fish oil, but the combination is helping my dog. He is not red anymore and the scrathing and licking has almost totally stopped. Also, the spots on his skin that had dry flaky skin are starting to go away also. It's a relief to see my dog less stressed and happier now.

My senior dog, Ozzie, has Cushing’s disease, which affects his skin and coat. He also struggles with recurring skin and ear infections. His vet recommended fish oil to support his skin health, and when I was reviewing products and pricing on Chewy, I came across this one, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been less than a month since I started adding the oil to his food, and we’ve already seen great improvements in his skin. He’s also using a medicated shampoo, and the combination of both has made a huge difference in his comfort. His skin is noticeably less dry, flaky, and oily. His itching has decreased, and he’s no longer pulling out his fur from biting at it. The only downside is that his breath is so smelly. But honestly, that’s a small price to pay to see him feeling better. I’d absolutely give this product a 10 out of 10. I also noticed that many reviews for other products mentioned issues with messiness, whether during shipping or daily use, but this one has been completely hassle free. It doesn’t leak, and the pump top is super helpful. It makes using the product quick, easy, and mess free.

Packaging was the only problem

We were expecting a pump with this product but didn't get one. Also, packaging was not sealed well upon arrival. Other than that, Tucker loves the product.

My dogs literally refuse any other oil

I’ve tried other brands and types (salmon, cod, skin and coat specialties) my dogs won’t eat them. They go nuts for this and while it is fishy (no dog kisses after)

Called about our dogs prescription, was told it was lost would take up to 2 weeks to go through the mail to find it. Called customer service several more times and kept getting excuses. Our vet does not like phone calls for prescriptions, but customer service called the vet anyway. Will never use chewy pharmacy again.
