Great for a chewer?

We’ve bought these before and she really seemed to like them, but she had one for a week and just tries to hide it in the house. Not sure why she is not chewing

We’ve bought these before and she really seemed to like them, but she had one for a week and just tries to hide it in the house. Not sure why she is not chewing on it. She did this for a day the first time they were bought but after a day she chewed like no tomorrow. It definitely eased anxiety when we had visitors. No sure why she is still hiding it.

Live bugs in package and was sent 6-8in bags instead of 10-12in

There were worms and beetles in the first bags that were sent. They also sent 6-8in long ones. When I received my replacement, they also had live bugs in the bag

When I contacted support again, I was told that they do not have the 10-12in anymore. I have had many great things from Chewy, but this is not one of them. I strongly do not recommend you purchasing these.

I gave it to her again a different time to see if maybe it was just her stomach bothering her and she vomited again. These were expensive but not worth it.

wonderful distraction

Finally a chew that lasts for HOURS. They get so tired that they (75 pound boxer and 70 pound American pitbull terrier) pass out a quarter of the way through while I'm cleaning the house in peace. I run a dog daycare and all the dogs love these. They are big enough for the biggest dogs but also an incredible challenge for my littles. However, definitely recommend a smaller size for smaller dogs.

I ordered these hoping that as stated in another review, the live bugs one reviewer reported was a fluke. Nope, opened my order and live beetles (blueish green, like june bugs but smaller) were crawling all over these. My dogs love beef cheek rolls and I was so excited to try these, but I would not recommend purchasing at least from this company.
