These biscuits have a taste that my dog likes but they are too crumbly. The package I received had about 25% crumbs when I got it. Something needs to be added to make them less crumbly. Would I buy them again? No, not with the current recipe.
I have been looking for a treat that P will love as much as the Good N Fun kabobs. Tried the American Journey Limited Ingredients. She won't eat them. Won't smell them. Won't touch them. For us at least, these are a definite NO.
American journey duck and sweet potato
My dog eats them eventually but usually they sit around for awhile before he decides, so it not one of those treats that dogs wolf down.
I have been ordering this product for years, with dog approval. This time it came in little crushed bits like it had been run over by a truck. Had to use as kibble rather than treats.
Snack for my dog
I thought I would try something new for my finicky dog. She will not eat this snack.
Our dog is very picky and has a sensitive stomach. She loves these and they sit well with her. They are also the perfect size for her - she’s a large dog but other treats for large dogs are too big and frankly too expensive. Usually she’s satisfied with 1 or 2 treats as a snack between meals. We’re all happy to have found these!!
No go for my dogs
My two cockers didn't care for them, they left them sitting there for a while but they ate them because it was the only thing they got for a treat. Very unusual for them, they gobble everything up. I gave the other two bags away to a friend.
Great for my sensitive V
My Vizsla has a sensitive stomach and also easily gets food related skin allergies. He loves this limited ingredient treat. I’ve only tried this duck and sweet potato—month 3 and still no issues!
Good size. Good quality
My terrier mix is normally very fussy. This is a good size cookie for him (20 lbs). And he willingly takes it on the first ‘smell test’. It’s passes the test when I don’t see any leftover crumbs!
Treats come in a variety of ingredients
Ginger really likes this duck and sweet potato biscuit, too. I like switching from salmon to duck.
