What is the difference between #40 AND #40SS? What is the difference between #7 and #7FC?

The 40SS is referenced as surgical steel vets normally use for close cuts, while the 40 blade won't be as close of a cut. The 7FC is known for being a Fine cut, while the 7 blade is not as close.

Is the #5 actually a #5 or a #5FC? The tittle says #5 but the image says #5FC.

The #5 blade is an 5FC, FC blades are perfect for finishing the coat and going against the grain of hair growth. The Teeth on the blade are even, which creates a smooth finish and can be used pre/post bathing.

I bought this #30 blade to replace the one that came with my Andis EasyClip Pro-Animal 7-Piece Detachable Blade Pet Clipper Kit. The problem is that the combs that came with my set do not fit the clipper when I use this blade. How do I buy a comb set that fits this blade?

Not worth it

I bought these in June (it’s now August) and they already are dragging. Definitely not worth it since they dulled this fast. Don’t waste your money buy a different

Very disappointed in these blades.

They got hot just as fast as the stainless blades and chewed the hair on my standard poodle, instead of cutting.
