Ruby loves this food but the kibble is so small. If you have a giant breed like I do I’d recommend hydrating the kibble first in bone broth. The kibble to freeze dried ratio is pretty even. The freeze dried pieces are pretty big.

My dog was always fussy when it came to kibble. We would buy a new brand or flavour that she would act happy about eating only to refuse it 2 days later. Eventually we were on a 100% wet food diet (dog roll). We found the dog roll on the market very un-nutritious - full of grains & sugars. She was also allergic to something in the dog rolls (even the grain free ones) as she would itch severely. The dog roll wasn't filling her up properly either, she would moan for more, worsening her weight gain. Since finding Animals Like Us, we've ditched the wet food. We never find an uneaten bowl unless she's just not that hungry. The freeze dried chunks keep her interested. After 2 weeks of using solely Animals Like Us, the itching stopped, she's back to a better weight, and looks so much healthier. We change the flavours up sometimes for a bit of variety.

My dogs love this stuff. They normally don’t eat dry dog food and are super picky eaters but they eat this stuff every time I put it out. The pieces are pretty small which I like for them. It has kibble and freeze dried bits mixed together. They didn’t just pick out parts of it they ate all of it. The only thing is it did cause some gas but I think it’s just from introducing something new into their diet. I highly recommend trying this!
