What is the Omega 3 and 6 ratio in this? How much vitamin e is in this?
Answer by ChewyAug 07, 2019
This formula has approximately 2100 mg of Omega-3 and 11000 milligrams of Omega-6 per ounce. The Vitamin E content is approximately 8 IU per ounce.

Omegas & vitamin E found in consumer question reply, but the nutritional info link, images and description do not give any of these specifics for these or the other ingredients, so maybe this needs updating, but till then; can I also get the units/oz of vitamins: A, D³, K

My mares favorite thing!

Ever since adding this to my mares grain she has begun to lick the bucket clean! Her coat is also softer and shiny. I typically get her straight from the field looking and feeling like she has already been groomed!

horse owner

Horses eat it very well, it has actually encouraged the picky eaters to finish their feed. Horses look good. And an odd bonus I suppose, the barn cats go nuts for it and lap up any tiny bit dropped!!

This Stuff Is Gold!

It’s been 4 weeks since my dogs have been on this oil. I have a mixture of hairless, smooth coated, and long coated dogs. I do feel it’s still a little too soon to say for sure, I’m still seeing changes over time. But from what I’ve seen so far this is 100/10. My dog’s coat is softer and shiner, my hairless dog’s skin is clear and smooth. They had a few blackheads, especially my newest boy. He was covered bad when I got him. He still have a little but this oil has been by far the best I’ve used to help remove the blackheads. They roll right off during bath time. My smooth and long coated dogs feel like a cloud, bounces, and shine like a diamond. I’m showing extra love too due to the fact that this stuff is a whole lot cheaper than the “dog supplements”. 1 bottle will last my 13 dogs 2.5 months.

Not for him

Can't get him to eat it on his food so I will plan to donate it to the shelter and hopefully they can use it. Waste of $ if not!

Horses did not like it

NONE of my horses would not eat it. I have 8 horses that are usually not picky eaters.

Animed comega oil

I've been using this with my 3 horses for months now and it keeps them looking great and feeling great. They eat in their pellet mix at lunchtime.

Surprising results

I recieved the CoMega on Aug 5. I bought it for 6 of my dogs. After reading the reviews and having used coat supplements on dogs and horses I was settled to the fact I probably would not see a difference for at least a month. Boy was I wrong, it has been just over a week and there is a noticable difference. My 10.5 yr old black GSD female had a sunburnt dry coat and thickened skin. Already her coat is softer and darker, and her skin is soft and pliable. My Sable male is darker and has more shine than usual. My lab x sheds down to bare skin on her lower sides and belly, and almost bare skin on her topside. Anything can irritate her skin. She has darkened up and the irritated spots have cleared up. I am excited to see what they will look like in a month.

Older gelding loves it!

My older thoroughbred tends to getting pickier with age. Although I was hesitant with this purchase at first he absolutely loves it. Great to help mix in supplements or meds.

Disappointed

I really wanted this to work. I give two stars because he liked the taste. I introduced this to my 17 year old paint very slowly, and following the feeding amount on the bottle. It gave him extremely runny diarrhea. A few people told me sometimes their stool will be loose for a week or so, I tried for two weeks and it never got better. Even after I stopped giving it he still continued to have diarrhea and I ended up having to put him on a probiotic recommend by my vet (after her exam she determined there wasn't an underlying/coincidental cause for the diarrhea).
