How much do you give per dog's weight?

For every 25 pounds (11.34kg) of body weight, dissolve 1 scoop into approximately 1 pint (.47 liters) of water. Feed within 30 minutes of completing an exercise. For complete feeding recommendations, click the “Feeding Instructions” tab, next to the “Nutritional Info” tab, just under the product photos.  

How many scoops are in a 300g jar?

This was reco to us as we pursued exhaustive field canine training. It is palatable to dog that is focused on their work yet finicky for drinking water during the exercise. And I use the remaining water, plus another 16 oz into their meal within 30 minutes of completing the field work. The dogs will then (urgently!) need to pee - so think ahead. We've been building cardio on non-field days, so either that basis and/or the Glycocharge are keeping my resolute girl from bonking during her subsequent work out.

Upset Stomach

I tried this product with 3 of my dogs. One dog it was fine with, but still caused some almost loose stools. Another one of my dogs it caused diarrhea, but it

I tried this product with 3 of my dogs. One dog it was fine with, but still caused some almost loose stools. Another one of my dogs it caused diarrhea, but it came and went randomly. My 3rd dog it caused blow out diarrhea on several occasions, one of those times was traveling home from a weight pull competition in his crate in the back of my vehicle; that was a horrific experience for the both of us. I do think the product helps with recovery and that's why I gave it the 2 stars instead of 1, but unfortunately it just isn't worth the risk of the stomach upset to me. I even tried using a lower amount than the recommended dosage (it does seem like A LOT of powder based on the weight of my dogs) and they still had upset stomachs and blow outs from it. Unfortunately I will not be using this product again and donated it to a friend that does have success with it for her dogs.

I was an Annameat dealer of all products. I have used Glycocharge for over 20 years. I have not found a sled dog who didn't like it. Saved a few from dehydration
