I placed 2 orders and only rec’d 4 of the 8 bags I ordered. The second order never came and I called twice to find out where it was. Pam was able to tell me the gravel had been discontinued and my whole order “failed”. I had no notification at all from you stating this. I had to buy cat food at a retail store as my shipment never came. Pam placed that order for me, minus the gravel, but the damage was done. I was very disappointed with this experience and I have been a Chewy customer for quite some time now. I hope the next order is much better than this experience!
