poorly packed shipment package
my bottle came opened and half emptied how do I get a replacement the package only had a paper in it to secure the bottle, this is not a way to ship products please replace the full bottle in a properly packaged container thank you Doug schmidt
One and Done!
Chewy is so awesome, I can order and receive my products in 2 to 3 days tops! They will definitely be my go to pet supply store. Great prices and representatives are so friendly!
did not work
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this water clarifier. I used this multiple times and the water did not clear up. I ended up finding my Accuclear water clarifier in the cabinet and used it, and it cleared it up after only one dose.
Not much in the bottle
Due to poor packing and cap missing there was not much in the bottle.

Just not enough
As the bottle recommends, I used the product twice as directed, and nothing changed. It then said that after two attempts, to ask someone at your local pet store.. between my partner and I, we have 9 years of pet store experience under our belt and we were still at a loss. The chemical treatment was our last option. Over the span of a week, I used the product 3-4 times and eventually saw a positive change, but quickly went back to being cloudy. It was inconsistent for our water and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Crystal clear
This clarifier works great. Sometimes my fish tank gets cloudy because of dust I put in a cap full and the next morning the water was crystal clear.
totally worth it
Had an algae bloom that turned into a bacteria bloom and this cleared it up with in a week. Only did one partial water change on the last day.
Don't recommend
Bought this to clear cloudy water for a baby turtle. Water was new and treated for chlorine, but still didn't clear after using this product. Only need to clear about 3 inches of water in a 20 gal tank but absolutely NO difference.
Best product
Worked great we had a very cloudy freshwater tank and it cleared up in a matter of hours using Aqueon clarifier. Highly recommended.
