Came completely smashed

I'm sure the item itself is fine, but it came totally smashed. The package wasn't marked fragile and had no padding and it looks like it was thrown around a lot

Great bulb, HORRIBLE shipping

I ordered 2 of these. One arrived intact, the other was shattered into MANY small bits. I contact chewy, explain it was NOT properly packaged, they shipped another..

I ordered 2 of these. One arrived intact, the other was shattered into MANY small bits. I contact chewy, explain it was NOT properly packaged, they shipped another... and it arrives in 3 pieces. They are using NO bubble wrap, brown paper, foam, packing peanuts, not even a freaking napkin... sticking a <1" 46" long FRAGILE bulb in a 4" diameter shipping tube and hoping it survives a 3 day journey! Well, IT DOESN"T! Do better!
