Unmountable!

The light works as a light, but the included mounts are nearly impossible to put on the fixture. And once they're on, there's zero way to get a wire, cable, or screw

The light works as a light, but the included mounts are nearly impossible to put on the fixture. And once they're on, there's zero way to get a wire, cable, or screw through them to actually attach the light to anything. I currently have aluminum wires going all the way around the fixture+lightbulb to secure it to the top of my enclosure, but I'm concerned about overheating since they're right under the bulb, so I'll need to come up with a different solution today... Also no included instructions about hanging the fixture? Definitely wouldn't consider this a "kit" since the mounting components are literally unusable. Really annoying and disappointing.

I ordered the pro t 5 12% kit and it was defected chewey handle it outstanding it did work a lil and i was concerned about my dragon if i had too send broken one

Amazing light, fast shipping!

I recently got a rescue bearded dragon who has MBD, so a good/reputable uvb was obviously very important. I ordered this on the 10th and received it on the 14th

I recently got a rescue bearded dragon who has MBD, so a good/reputable uvb was obviously very important. I ordered this on the 10th and received it on the 14th. Chewy works with Klarna (buy in 4 payments), so I was able to purchase this extremely important item even though I was a little short on money. The product came properly wrapped to keep the bulb from breaking in transit, I appreciate they took that effort when packaging it. The product itself is amazing. I did a lot of research before purchasing, so no surprise there. But I was surprised how quickly I've noticed an improvement. It lights up his enclosure soo much better than the basic little uvb bulb he came with, he seems way more active, his color seems brighter, and he pooped the day after installing it (could be a coincidence, but I think it was the new uvb). One thing to note: The bulb can be a *little* tricky to put into the fixture. I read a tip saying to lightly pull up on the bulb while twisting it in place, and that worked perfectly, so I wanted to mention it here in case anyone else has issue twisting it in place. Overall 5 out of 5

Very lightweight

fits perfect in my 120gal tank for my bearded dragon, the cord comes out from the end of the lamp and i zip tie it to the mesh inside my tank.

Defective?

It stopped working and I've only had it since the end of July and now it's the end of August. I don't know if the light bulb is burned out or if the fixture is burned

Paid for and they won’t ship it

I needed this so badly for my bearded dragon and it’s been days and they won’t ship it. When I call support I’m just told my order is stuck being processed and that

Chewy is the goat

First one that arrived had a faulty bulb, so I just asked if they could send a new one, they ended up just replacing the whole lamp and it’s working great. Beardy

Bulb doesn’t stay in position

Bulb isn’t tight fitting even though it is turned as far as possible. This causes the connection to go in and out all day turning the bulb on and off.
