Arcadia Reptile Pro T5 Kit, Desert 12% UVB, 39W, 34.5"

I ordered this Arcadia light kit for my Lizard once I found out that my current light fixture wasn’t going to cut it. Unfortunately, when the Ardia kit came in, the light would not work. It would flicker when turned on at one end, but would immediately go out failing to light up. I played around with it to try and fix it but it wouldn’t work. Thankfully, chewy was quick to get in contact with and they processed refund so I could go purchase a new one at a local retailer. They are understanding and care for the pets needs just as much as we do. Can’t be happier with the company!

Light came in shattered in pieces so glass got all over my floor when I went to take the light bulb out I could tell something was broke because the box was damaged.

I recently got a rescue bearded dragon who has MBD, so a good/reputable uvb was obviously very important. I ordered this on the 10th and received it on the 14th. Chewy works with Klarna (buy in 4 payments), so I was able to purchase this extremely important item even though I was a little short on money. The product came properly wrapped to keep the bulb from breaking in transit, I appreciate they took that effort when packaging it. The product itself is amazing. I did a lot of research before purchasing, so no surprise there. But I was surprised how quickly I've noticed an improvement. It lights up his enclosure soo much better than the basic little uvb bulb he came with, he seems way more active, his color seems brighter, and he pooped the day after installing it (could be a coincidence, but I think it was the new uvb). One thing to note: The bulb can be a *little* tricky to put into the fixture. I read a tip saying to lightly pull up on the bulb while twisting it in place, and that worked perfectly, so I wanted to mention it here in case anyone else has issue twisting it in place.
