Arrived in an unusable state

Received the package with the box broken in half. The fixture is bent in the middle and the bulb was completely shattered.

Light flickers when says doesnt so its junk

Had throw it away as customer service said its sent and done and its not working thus of flickers non Stop it's dangerous to my house and pets . Really considering

Honestly this is my 3rd Arcadia light for my 5th reptile and I have to say it is by far the best. It has kept my reptiles healthy and me happy - I am dutiful with

Honestly this is my 3rd Arcadia light for my 5th reptile and I have to say it is by far the best. It has kept my reptiles healthy and me happy - I am dutiful with changing the bulbs every 8 months or so just to be sure they are getting the right levels of UVA/UVB - I have not been dissapointed with any Arcadia products

I ordered a few sets of these kits for a group of tortoises we got. I love that they come with connectors that "chain" together so you don't have to use up so many

I ordered a few sets of these kits for a group of tortoises we got. I love that they come with connectors that "chain" together so you don't have to use up so many outlets plugging them all in. While most arrived perfectly fine, 1 of the bulbs had bent prongs on the end and did not work, even after we tried straightening them. So we will need to get another bulb.
