The cover is too small. It is very difficult to get on, and when it is on there is a gap (like when you button a shirt that is too small and it gaps). I would have gladly paid another 25 cents for the extra trouble. I wouldn't order this again. I know there are heating discs out there that don't have this issue.

The gel is in a very hard container. Since this was meant to help with a sore hip, and the dog would not let it rest on him nor would he lie on it even when it was

Heating Cushion

The disc in the cover does not hold its shape . The heater doesn’t stay warm long. I normally buy the original pink disc. It’s more expensive but worth it all around

Uncomfortable for the cat

It heats well, but is hard & rather thick -- and Luna doesn't like lying on it, under her cushy bed. I think the one I had for house rabbits was softer or thinner

It heats well, but is hard & rather thick -- and Luna doesn't like lying on it, under her cushy bed. I think the one I had for house rabbits was softer or thinner. This was of no use since she wouldn't lie on the part of the cushion that was over the heater. The cover (removed for heating in the microwave) was so tight I barely got it back on.

Loved that this was reusable

I don’t feel like this got as hot as the single use packets but it did stay warm for a while.but I feel safer putting this in his crate than single use packets
