I’ve used this litter in the past and it’s always been a good product. I recently bought it again after trying some other brands and it looks like they’ve really improved it. The scent crystals are larger as is the clay litter granules. My kitties seem to like it and that’s good enough for me.

Driver destroys my packages EVERY TIME!

My litter deodorizers were smashed, and the delivery driver decided to make a tower out of my individual packages of litter instead of setting them side by side

My litter deodorizers were smashed, and the delivery driver decided to make a tower out of my individual packages of litter instead of setting them side by side. He slammed them on eachother until the bottom box was smashed, which smashed the deodorizer packages. It also cracked my litter open and I had to use that box immediately, even though I wasn't ready to. I'm really tired of this happening EVEY TIME I order from Chewy.

Hit or miss with deliveries :(

I’ve been through so many litters throughout the years and this one seems to work with my 2 cats so far. It does track a bit but nothing a quick sweep can’t fix

I’ve been through so many litters throughout the years and this one seems to work with my 2 cats so far. It does track a bit but nothing a quick sweep can’t fix and it’s soft clumping but it does scoop fine. The deodorizer helps with masking the smell and making the area smell nice. My issue is the deliveries :( I couldn’t find my package as I have it set to “mailroom” come to find out it’s wedged in between a tree and some plants outside my building. I had to cut open the box and force that 40lb box out and sometimes the box comes damaged and spills litter out. FedEx needs to do better because what if I was elderly or injured trying to get that out?

The box of litter deodorizer was incredibly damaged upon arrival, to the point of being broken and allowing the baking soda to spill out of the bottom. While I will use it so not to waste it and the product itself is still good, the box must be kept in a plastic bag now.
