Wobbly, not sturdy

I was disappointed with this cat tower. It looks nice in the photos, but the base of the unit is very lightweight and the unit is very wobbly, even when the cat is not on it. Should have probably been designed with a much heavier base.

Broke with a week

I have two three and a half month old kittens. After building the playset, a couple of hours later they started to enjoy it. After 4 days the OSB platform broke

I have two three and a half month old kittens. After building the playset, a couple of hours later they started to enjoy it. After 4 days the OSB platform broke on the left side. I am the owner of a contracting business.... The bolts and screws were all secure correctly, they are heavy duty, unfortunately they used cheaper wood rather than 3/4-in plywood for the platforms. Will be asking for a refund or replacement platform. Sure it will break also.

For the money, this scratching post serves our purpose. It gives the height we needed for cats to get to higher wall of shelves for our 2 big cats and provided a lower level for our two new kittens to play. The platforms are smaller and more kitten friendly and my large cats cannot fit in cubby or hammock at all but they don’t need to. Those areas are great for the kittens to find shelter and comfort. This has allowed us to provide space for kittens and cats in the same room. And at a price I could tolerate. The whole unit seemed a little unsteady but when pushed flush against wall, it did great.

Our finicky cat fell in love with this tower immediately! However in about 9 months our 11 lb kitty jumped down and the shelf on the left bottom side snapped. We’re holding it up for now until he gets comfortable in our new apartment so he has familiar things around him. But we will definitely get a new tower asap. Obviously we won’t be buying this one again which is such a shame because I really didn’t think our cat would like it. But he’s only 11 lbs and it’s been less than a year. We also had to push it into a corner because it wobbles after assembled. I still give this 3 stars because of how much our cat loves it. However if you want something long term..this isn’t the tower for you.

Horrible cat tree

I am so very disappointed with Armarkat .... the first day I got it for my one cat , the platform broke right in half when he jumped up on it ! My 15 lb cat struggled

I am so very disappointed with Armarkat .... the first day I got it for my one cat , the platform broke right in half when he jumped up on it ! My 15 lb cat struggled to climb up this horrible tree it had no where for him to climb and the perches are for kitten sized cat! I emailed Armakat for the replacement part and it’s not in stock for 2 months !! Horrible will never order any armarkat product again

My kitties are getting used to it. One loves the side perch. The only thing is they have a hard time figuring out how to get from the platform below the cradle
